Czy mógłby ktoś sprawdzić moją pracę z angielskiego? Przygotowuję to sobie do prezentacji i za każdym razem gdy to czytam znajduję masę idiotycznych błędów. Poprawiam - czytam znowu - znajduję kolejne.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) is multiplayer, first person shooter game, released in 2012. It's already e-sport.
We play as Counter Terrorists or Terrorists, and we must complete different objectives to win.
Game Mods:
Unranked:
Deathmatch - one game takes 10 minutes, We can kill people only from opposing team. There are 8 players in one team. We get points for killing. We don't have to have money to choose weapon. We respawns after every death. The person with the most points wins after 10 minutes.
Demolition: We can't buy weapon, we get it for killing. There are 20 rounds. After 10 rounds, the sides switches and players start again. One round takes 1:30 if anybody plant the bomb. There are CT and T, 5 players in each one. The target is to eliminate the opposing team, or, in the case of terrorists detonate bomb, and in the case of CT - defuse it. In this game mode there is only one bombsite (bombsite means place when terrorists can plant bomb). The first team which won 11 rounds is the winner.
Arms Race: There are 5 players in every team. We can't buy weapon there too. Weapons are the rewards and we get them after every 2 kills. The last we can get is gold knife. The person who kill someone with a gold knife first - wins.
Classic Casual: It's 8 vs 8 mode. There are 15 round. After 8 rounds, the sides switch. Our objective is to kill all enemies or - for T plant and protect the bomb, and for CT defuse the bomb. One round - without planted bomb takes 3 minutes. In this mode we have defuser and bulletproof vest with helmet for free. The rest of weapon we can buy for money which we get for every round and every kill. We also get money for planting the bomb. The first team which won 8 rounds is the winner.
Ranked:
Competitive: It's 5 vs 5 match with 30 rounds. After 15 rounds, the sides switch. One round without planted bomb takes 2 minutes. Our objectives are the same as in Classic Casual mode. We can buy equipment for earned money. It's the only one mode where we can kill our teammate and we can block each other.
In competitive mode there are few maps where our objective is to rescue the hostage and move it to CT base, or - if we'r T, our objective is don't allow to rescue the hostage.
What's important, in every mode bomb explodes after 45 seconds from planting. Defusing without defuse kit takes 10 seconds, and with that - 5 seconds.
Ranks:
Counter Strike has Elo ranking system. It means we get rank for how we play, not for how much we play. In every ranked round we can get MVP star. It's a prize for the best player of round. Stats aren't the most important. We can get MVP for planting or defusing bomb too. After all match MVP pointes changes for Elo points. If we play bad, we'll fall from our rank. We can't see our points, so we don't know when we'll get new rank.
It's hard to get ranked if you play with random players, because you can have hackers and smurfs in enemies team, and only kids or russians in your team.
Smurf is player who has a better rank on other Steam account. He plays with lower ranks from second account.
Hackers use wallhack and aimbot. They see us through the wall and shoot only headshots.
Kids are the most toxic players in this game, and russians always have fun of making noise and doing stupid things. The most players see them like that:
Maps:
There are 25 official maps, but they are available in different modes. For example we can't play ranked match only on 15 maps. I will show you the most popular competitive maps.
It's very important to know every place on map, teammates must communicate. Players should know names of places. The most important on every map is: short, middle, long, A and B site, CT spawn and T spawn.
Equipment:
There are different weapons for CT and T. Only some of them are in both teams. But every team has 6 groups in shop: pistols, heavy, SMG, rifles, equipment (inhibitor, bulletproof vest, helmet, defuse kit) and grenades (smoke, flash, decoy, Molotov, explosive). Every weapon is different while using this.
For a good play, we can get skins or cases. To open a case we must have a key. Generally they cos about 2 euros per one. We can draw one of 6 blue, 4 purple, pink 3, 2 red and 1 yellow skins. Blue is the worst, yellow the best. Skins have different conditions, the best is factory new, the worst - battle-scarred.
Players can sell or buy skins in the Steam community market. The most expensive equipment that was sold is M9 Bajonett Crimson Web knife with StatTrak. Somebody bought it for 23,000 $ There are only 4 knifes like this in the world. They don't give us nothing beyond appearance.
